The Gap and Go trading system has been added as open code to the Youtube Easylanguage Examples Members Area. This is a simple strategy that aggressively enters long on gap ups and shorts on gap downs, right at the open. We are in a euphoric and fast market environment where we are seeing, expecially since October 2025, markets making their moves overnight and the first 30 minutes of the day session.
Using confirmations with trading system signals is typically the better longer term approach. Lately, anything that confirms has the tendency to be late. I don't anticipate this is the new normal but part of the current market environment. Gap Go takes advantage of it.
