Cobra Bonds ETF Trading System
Cobra Bonds ETF is the Exchange Traded Funds version of our Cobra II Bonds strategy normally traded on the interest rate futures.
Taking a look at the Bond ETF we select the TMF and TMV symbols. TMF is the 30 Year Treasury Bull 3X and TMV is the 30 Year Treasury Bear 3X. The 3X stands for 3 times leverage. There is a bull and bear version of the 30 Year Treasury ETF so that traders who want to short the 30 Year Treasury’s can go long the 30 Year Treasury Bear ETF 3X and for those that want to go long the 30 Year Treasury’s can go long the 30 Year Treasury Bull ETF 3X.
We will look at 1000 share trades on these markets, going long only on each, with no slippage or commission taken out. These markets only go back to 4/21/2009 but are based on our Cobra II Bonds trading systems.
